Strategic Matchmaking
The Right Introduction, at the Right Time
In international business development, who you know matters as much as what you offer. A well-prepared introduction to the right counterpart - at the right moment - can open doors that months of cold outreach cannot.
B2B Partners LLC provides targeted, human-centered matchmaking across its priority corridors. We connect serious organizations that have genuine strategic reasons to meet - and we prepare both sides for a productive first engagement.
We do not operate a database. We work from a live, trusted network built through years of direct professional relationships.
What Strategic Matchmaking Means in Practice
Step 1 - Understanding Your Objectives
Every matchmaking engagement begins with a thorough conversation. We take time to understand your business, your goals, your constraints and the profile of the counterpart you are looking for. This is not a form - it is a strategic conversation.
Step 2 - Identifying the Right Match
We identify relevant counterparts within our active network on the applicable corridor. We do not make introductions to organizations we have not assessed for credibility and strategic fit.
Step 3 - Preparing the Introduction
Before any introduction is made, we brief both parties on context, objectives and mutual interest. The goal is to ensure that the first meeting is substantive - not exploratory from scratch.
Step 4 - Following Up
We remain available to facilitate the early stages of the relationship - supporting communication, clarifying positions and helping bridge any cultural or linguistic gaps.

Who Benefits from Strategic Matchmaking
- Companies seeking qualified distributors, commercial agents or local representatives in a target market
- Organizations looking for strategic partners for joint projects, alliances or co-development
- Investors seeking deal flow introductions on Francophone or North American corridors
- SMEs entering a new market and needing a credible, pre-screened local entry point
Why B2B Partners
- Human network, not a database - every introduction is based on a real, active relationship
- Both sides of the corridor - native francophone culture and daily American business experience in a single person
- Selective intake - we only accept matchmaking mandates where we have genuine network depth and a realistic probability of a relevant introduction
- No cold outreach on your behalf - we introduce, we do not prospect blindly
Important - How We Engage
Strategic Matchmaking engagements are accepted by referral or prior consultation only. Before confirming a mandate, we conduct a preliminary scoping call to assess whether our network is a realistic fit for your specific requirement.
We will not accept a mandate if we do not have a credible path to a relevant introduction. This protects your time and ours.
Fees
Matchmaking fees are structured on a case-by-case basis depending on the corridor, the complexity of the mandate and the outcome.
Typical fee structure:
- Scoping and preparation: flat fee, agreed upfront
- Success fee upon completion of a qualified introduction: 3-5% of the transaction value or agreed fixed amount
The first conversation is always free and without commitment.
